The Cargo Handling Corporation Ltd (CHCL) is inviting eligible and qualified firms to submit their proposals for the appointment of an experienced Consultant/consultancy firm with proven port and terminal operations expertise to undertake the Salary Review Committee Exercise 2026.

Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Consultancy Services for Salary Review Exercise 2026 – CHC/OAB/CS/02/2026” and indicating the closing date should be addressed to the CHCL and should be deposited in the Bid Box at the undermentioned address or sent by Courier Service or Registered Mail so as to reach the Managing Director, Cargo Handling Corporation Ltd, Head Office, Mer Rouge, Port Louis on or before Wednesday 29 April 2026 up to 13.30 hours (local time) at latest.

Late submissions will be rejected.
